Scholarship Guidelines

Eligibility Requirements

1. Applicant must be a director, committee member or employee of a League-affiliated credit union in Florida.
2. Recipients of scholarships to CUNA schools will be governed by the attendance guideline set forth below.

Attendance Guidelines

1. A recipient of a scholarship shall begin the school in the year the scholarship is received. If the school is held for more than one year, the recipient must attend the school in consecutive years to be considered for scholarship funds in subsequent years. 
2. All recipients must successfully complete the requirements of CUNA school as determined by the CUNA Human Resources Department or the scholarship will require repayment.

Scope of Scholarship

1. Scholarships granted by the Foundation will cover 100% of the school tuition fee. Recipients will be responsible for other costs associated including travel/transportation, lodging and meals not included in the tuition.

Eligibility Requirements

1. Applicant must be a director, committee member or employee of a League-affiliated credit union in Florida.
2. No more than three (3) of the total amount of scholarships awarded will be given to any individual credit union. 
3. Scholarship recipients may only receive one (1) scholarship per calendar year.

Recipients will be responsible for other costs associated including travel/transportation, lodging and meals not included in the registration fee. FCUL and CUNA conference registration fees will be awarded prior to the conference however; if recipient does not attend repayment is required.
