Organizational Improvement Assessment
Training professionals have realized for some time that training alone is not always enough to improve performance. In fact, studies by the American Society of Training Directors (ASTD) reveal that skills and knowledge training only improves performance 20% of the time. For the remaining 80% of the time, one of five other performance factors has been found to be linked to an opportunity for improvement.
KNOWMORE uses the methodology of Human Performance Technology and analyzes these six factors through personal interviews with credit union staff, site visits, observations, review of documents, and peer comparisons. The result is a comprehensive Organizational Improvement Action Plan that identifies the performance gaps and provides an action plan with recommendations for training and other solutions for performance improvement.
