 Operations, Sales, & Service Leadership Council

The Operations Sales and Service Council is a partnership of operations professionals that provides leadership, networking and education to our Florida credit unions
The Operations Sales and Service Leadership Council of Florida are dedicated to:

  • Providing a forum for the exchange and discussion of best practices around operational and sales issues 
  • Providing information services and educational programs for the professional development of members 
  • Presenting operations professionals with tools needed to become better leaders and decision makers in their organizations
  • The Operations Sales and Service Council meets several times a year in different locations throughout the state. Topics and speakers are chosen based on the advice and input from an Advisory Committee made up of operations professionals from credit unions around the state.

Online collaboration & resources are provided to members of the council through the Council Forums and Knowledgebase.
