Managers are vital to the quality of the performance of the employees and, ultimately, the organization. However, there are times when managers are not as effective as they could be in their role and standard interventions do not seem to work. Our Management Coaching Program is designed to provide personalized on-going training and coaching to assist credit union managers and supervisors in becoming more effective in their positions. This program is a series of consulting, planning, training, and coaching sessions. These are delivered through one-on-one meetings, e-mail communications, and phone conferences.
We partner with the manager to develop skills in:
- Interpersonal and communications skills
- Staff development and dealing with conflict
- Team coaching
- Energizing the work environment
- Identifying team strengths and weakness
- Identifying performance gaps and providing solutions
- Setting and achieving goals
- Prioritizing activities
