Our Company
The Education and Training Department of the Florida Credit Union League has provided training to credit union executives, staff and volunteers since the League’s formation in 1935. Providing education and training for its credit union members has been and continues to be a core objective of the Florida Credit Union League in its mission to help credit unions survive and thrive. The Florida Credit Union League reinforced this commitment by creating KNOWMORE, an organization that continues this tradition and is committed to helping credit unions excel in today’s active and competitive financial services environment.

To achieve this goal and meet the widely differing needs of our member credit unions, KNOWMORE has developed a network of learning opportunities that deliver measurable outcomes with the flexible delivery channels. 

Our Team
Anita Stoumbelis, Senior Vice President of KNOWMORE is an experienced human resources and training professional, specializing in organizational development, performance improvement, and executive recruiting. She began her financial services career in the savings and loan industry in Tallahassee, Florida, and subsequently served as a Vice President of Human Resources at SunTrust Bank. Anita has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with honors from Florida State University and subscribes to the philosophy that investing in an organization’s human capital is the key to meeting business objectives. anita.stoumbelis@knowmore.net

Liz Aperauch is a Performance Consultant for KNOWMORE. Liz’s experience prior to coming to the Florida Credit Union League includes retail sales management and mental health counseling. This blend of profit-driven business and social-oriented work experience gives her a unique perspective on the particular needs and missions of member-focused credit unions. Liz has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, graduating with honors, and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Systems from Florida State University. Her focus since joining KNOWMORE has been on research and development of the most beneficial training and performance improvement products and services for credit unions and assisting credit unions in finding the training and development solutions they need to be successful. liz.aperauch@knowmore.net

Lisa Hammock is the Solutions Development Consultant for KNOWMORE. As a member of the KNOWMORE team, she brings with her 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career as a teller with Wachovia, formerly First Union Bank, and worked her way through the ranks to a senior leadership position in the Florida Panhandle regional market. Her responsibilities along the way included recruiting all levels of staff, coaching and training for sales and service delivery, branch management, as well as providing leadership to sales and service teams of up to twenty people. Before coming to KNOWMORE, Lisa worked as Training Director for a credit union service organization. Her successful career in banking, blended with her recent credit union experience, gives her unique insight into what credit unions need to grow and thrive in the financial services marketplace. lisa.hammock@knowmore.net

Julianne Talley is the Conference Director for KNOWMORE. She spent the past five years in Sales, Events, and Entertainment at Melhana Plantation Resort located in Thomasville, Georgia. Prior to working at Melhana Plantation Resort, she was the Executive Director for the Florida Health Reinsurance Program for nine years. The program's mission was to assure Floridians had access and availability to affordable health insurance. Julianne has more than 20 years experience in administration, management, and meeting and event planning. She also is a professional musician performing for various fund raisers, private functions, weddings, and receptions. julianne.talley@knowmore.net

Jennifer Hazday recently joined KNOWMORE as Director of Professional Development. In her new role, Jennifer will be responsible for designing the curriculum for the Education Department with primary focus on the Leadership Councils of Florida. Prior to joining KNOWMORE, Jennifer was Business Development Manager for the South Florida region of the FCUL Service Group. She was instrumental in promoting financial products and services to credit unions in the South Florida Market.   Jennifer joined the FCUL Services group with over 15 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry. Her prior experience was as an Account Manager for the Travelers Cheque Division, for American Express and a Sales Representative at Clarke American.  Jennifer graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and earned an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and is bilingual in English and Spanish. jennifer.hazday@KNOWMORE.net
