CUNA’s Certificate Program

Finding the time to get away from work to receive on-going training can be difficult, especially for credit union specific topics. The use of self-study and web enabled courses has increased over the past few years and is becoming widely used by technology savvy organizations.

KNOWMORE, in partnership with the Credit Union National Association (CUNA), offers a variety of self-study course work for credit union managers, staff and volunteers. Participants can choose to take the courses from a workbook or online. These learning tracks cover a wide-range of topics from learning about the history of credit unions to perfecting advanced lending techniques. After successful completion of learning tracks and a passing exam grade, participants are awarded certificates and lapel pins to mark their accomplishment.
